We’re excited to have a brand new Wednesday night starting next week at The Social. In association with our friends at Clockwork, we present ‘The Deep Hum at the Heart of it All’, a special three month festival of events every Wednesday between July and September – in the heart of London’s Fitzrovia.
We kick the night off next week with a fledgling Heavenly signing by the name of Kid Wave who will be burning their infectious slacker indie pop brightly in the basement. Support comes from PINK FILM.
Check out July’s listings below — we have a few surprise guests in the mix who we can announce a little closer to the time, so stay tuned!
Bunkered down in the very centre of the city, absorbed in a basement of concrete, The Deep Hum will resonate every week with the emerging sounds of some of the best psych and fuzzed up bands around. With special guest DJs spinning everything from vintage to brand new garage, rock n roll and kosmische sounds for the dance floor.
The Deep Hum takes place at The Social from 7pm-1am every Wednesday night
Free entry before 9pm / £5 afterwards
Live music between 8pm and 10pm with guest DJs until 1am
NUS and membership drinks offers all night
