NEW REMIXES: 77:78 ‘Love Said (Let’s Go)’ – Ashley Beedle Remix

Get your shimmy on as 77:78 share a brand new Ashley Beedle remix of their summer single ‘Love Said (Let’s Go).’ As well as the funky vocal track, you can get your groove on to the instrumental of the remix.

Talking about the remix, Aaron of the band said:

“Ashley got in touch praising the energy and vibe of ‘Love Said’, originally this was early on in the year before the album was ready to drop. Total blessing in disguise, as he was unaware that we were originally part of The Bees ( he had done a killer rework for a song called Better Days, which we all loved) so relighting that flame through the music and having no idea that the team was essentially the same was exciting and kinda beyond belief! He’s nailed a rockin’ psych beat sound, pushed the progression button and reintroduced the summer of 77:78 to a whole bigger dance floor.”

Ashley added:

“I worked with these guys in their Bees incarnation back in the day. After hearing the original version of ‘Love Said’, initially sent as a Your Army promo, I jumped at the chance to offer my remix + production services. Along with the North Street crew, Darren Morris & Jo Wallace, the track transformed into a West Coast anthem – long live the psychedelic sound of the Isle of Wight – straight outta Black Gang Chine!”
