Dexys Midnight Runners have today shared David Holmes and Steve Mac’s remixes of ‘You’ve Got The Love’, a previous single from their recent new top-20 album, ‘LOVE.’
• LISTEN TO THE REMIXES HERE •
David Holmes – Heavenly hero and producer of LOVE- rebuilds the track as a dreamy psychedelic trip to get lost inside, one driven by an irresistible bassline, a highly percussive rhythm track and vocals that drift in and help raise the temperature a few more degrees. Perfect music for endless summer nights.
Brighton based producer Steve Mac’s Classic Remix takes the original track by the hand and walks it onto the dancefloor, upping the tempo, upping the disco, and upping the feel-good feeling that’s right at the heart of the song. A Dexys song custom designed to soundtrack 2am disco sessions the world over.
Praise for Dexys Midnight Runners ‘LOVE‘…
