Today Anna Burch released a brand new track from her upcoming album ‘If You’re Dreaming’ which is now available to pre-order HERE

The video was directed by Anna: “originally thought I wanted the video to be a runaway bride scenario–I was already picturing it during the recording process–but I somehow pivoted to a runaway groom with the introduction of the sort of creature from the black lagoon monster scaring him off. The song’s lyrics have a bit of a voyeuristic aspect and the 12 string guitar is super 60s sounding so that’s probably what inspired the scenario. Also, a lot of my close friends and family have gotten engaged or married in the last year so that’s been on the surface of my psyche.”
